About the Role

You will serve as the technical bridge between the company and enterprise customers, managing onboarding, IT integration, and Tier 2/3 support throughout the deployment lifecycle. This role involves working directly with customer IT architects in complex multi-vendor environments and requires approximately 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding including SIM provisioning, DNN/APN configuration, VLAN/IP planning, and RADIUS/MDM integration.
• Integrate infrastructure into customer LAN, Active Directory/Entra ID, firewall, and PKI environments.
• Manage escalated Tier 2/3 support by triaging Kubernetes pods, 5G NFs, and Wi-Fi component logs.
• Commission Private 5G and access points at customer sites.
• Develop integration documentation, IP plans, and runbooks.
• Train customer IT staff on the custom client portal.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of IT integration experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Skills

• Core IP networking including VLANs, routing, NAT, firewall ACLs, and DNS/DHCP.
• Linux CLI proficiency.
• Enterprise Wi-Fi including 802.1X/RADIUS, EAP-TLS, WPA2/WPA3, and MDM cert-based onboarding.
• Kubernetes including kubectl, Helm, log retrieval, and pod/service inspection.
• PKI including certificate chains, TLS, HashiCorp Vault, and Microsoft Cloud PKI.
• 5G/cellular knowledge including SIM, IMSI, APN, and Open5GS or Free5GC.
• Technical communication for customer-facing documentation and architecture calls.
