About the Role

Search is no longer a list of blue links: it’s an answer engine, and Suno needs to be the answer in every language, on every platform, in every market where our next wave of creators lives. You will be our first SEO & AEO hire, building the organic discovery engine from scratch. That means owning strategy across traditional search, AI answer engines, and whatever surfaces come next – working directly with engineering and performance marketing, and shipping without bottlenecks. You will be building and running agentic systems at scale – not just using tools, but building AEO and SEO systems that never before existed. We expect this person to build agentic systems that change what is possible for a team of one.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Suno's SEO & AEO strategy.
• Define AEO strategy for a category-defining product, shaping Suno's presence in AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Develop agentic AI systems for content pipelines, programmatic page generation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Execute programmatic SEO & AEO globally, identifying high-leverage query spaces, shipping content and page systems, and adapting to regional and linguistic search behaviors.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical SEO & AEO, including site architecture, indexation, schema, Core Web Vitals, and localization infrastructure.
• Partner with performance marketing to share keyword, query, and audience insights, align on landing page strategy, and ensure cohesive organic and paid demand generation.
• Integrate search and AI conversation signals into product decisions, identifying opportunities for feature prioritization and durable demand capture.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in SEO with a track record of driving non-branded demand at scale across multiple markets or languages.
• Meaningful, recent hands-on experience in AEO, understanding content surfacing in AI answer engines and executing strategies for share of voice.
• Strong communication and measurement skills to set expectations, build projections, and convey impact for SEO and AEO.
• Deep technical SEO skills including crawl, indexation, schema, and Core Web Vitals, with technical fluency to collaborate with engineers.
• Programmatic SEO experience at scale.
• Strong command of offsite citation strategy for traditional and AI-driven search.
• Demonstrated ability to build agentic AI systems.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth across multiple international markets, understanding regional and linguistic search behavior.
