About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience supporting marketing and coordination activities, providing an opportunity to build practical skills in a collaborative professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with CRM (Salesforce), including data entry, contact updates, and maintaining accurate records
  • Support event coordination by entering contacts from events and assisting with follow-up initiatives
  • Help organize and standardize marketing images and digital files
  • Maintain file structures in Egnyte and apply consistent naming conventions
  • Assist with website content updates, including coordination of English and French content
  • Support the organization of project marketing materials across web and print formats
  • Help collect and maintain information on newly completed projects
  • Provide general marketing support, including assisting with events, branding updates, and coordination tasks

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • No previous experience is mandatory.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, shared drives, web platforms)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
