Responsibilities
- Participate in training to develop expertise and skills aligned with brand expectations
- Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
- Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
- Build relationships to increase client loyalty using the Radically Personal program
- Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
- Ensure all store standards and operations meet company standards
- Perform other duties assigned by store leadership
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
- Genuine interest in fashion and styling
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Performs successfully in a team-based culture
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
