About the Role

SPAR is expanding its reset and remodel merchandising team. This Traveling Reset Merchandiser position involves remodeling retail store interiors across multiple states. The role requires extensive weekly travel outside the home state, ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road and working in different locations. Candidates with merchandising resets, remodels, installation, or general labor experience are a great fit. The ideal merchandiser is self-sufficient, highly motivated, comfortable traveling for extended periods, and driven to produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Remodel retail stores
Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
Perform product placement, including light peg and shelf installation
Engage in considerable physical activity
Perform category resets and full store remodels

Requirements

Extensive weekly travel required outside of your home state
Comfortable being away from home for prolonged periods
Transportation to project locations is required
Ability to stand for a minimum 10-hour shift
Ability to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Knowledge and ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
Reliable transportation
