About the Role
This Traveling Reset Merchandiser position is part of a specialized team remodeling the interiors of retail stores across multiple states. The role requires extensive weekly travel outside of your home state and is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road and working in different locations. Candidates with a background in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, or general labor are encouraged to apply. The ideal merchandiser is self-sufficient, highly motivated, comfortable traveling for extended periods, and driven to produce high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Projects include category resets and full store remodels, with continuous day shift retail work across multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Remodel retail stores
- Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Work with Plan-O-Grams on all items tagged and approved by store management
- Product placement including light peg and shelf installation
Requirements
- Extensive weekly travel outside of home state
- Comfortable being away from home for prolonged periods
- Transportation to project locations is required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for a minimum 10-hour shift
- Ability to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
- Planogram experience preferred
- Knowledge and ability to use basic tools necessary for the job
- Ability to work in a team environment
