About the Role

As a Junior Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and operational excellence. You will manage backlog definition, prioritization, and delivery for complex, real-time software-hardware integrated systems used in live stadium and broadcast environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and operator needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog based on data, value, and risk.
• Define and coordinate quality control activities including functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Lead defect detection, triage, validation, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Video Infrastructure, QA, TechOps, and UI/UX teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate third-line support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
• Support live studio pilots, staged roll-outs, and early-life operations.
• Contribute to short-range roadmaps and OKR definition under senior mentorship.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a product-related role such as Associate Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA, or Broadcast Operator.
• Strong technical grounding with the ability to communicate with engineers and media operators.
• Proven experience coordinating QC/regression testing and managing defect resolution.
• Basic understanding of video streaming, capture technology, media formats, or data-oriented products.
• Ability to interpret basic operational telemetry.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset for handling live environment ambiguity.
