About the Role
We are seeking a Team Lead for our Employee Benefits and Retirement Practice to champion service quality, support team development, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role focuses on empowering team members while maintaining a strong emphasis on performance metrics, retention, and team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop operational staff, establish performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service, manage client relationships, and act as a point of escalation for client concerns.
- Oversee the integration of technology solutions and address technology needs in collaboration with IT teams.
- Assess and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance industry, or proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within operations.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of relevant software and platforms.
