About the Role
The Field Medical Assistant administers misting therapy to patients in their homes five days a week, manages materials, scribes, performs chart checks, and coordinates weekly skin sweeps.
Responsibilities
- Administer misting therapy on wound patients
- Order medical supplies
- Scribe for respective doctors
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Perform chart checks for evaluation of stalled wounds for existing patients
- Coordinate skin sweep scheduling
- Scribe for skin sweeps
- Make initial assessment calls
Requirements
- Willingness to drive within the Austin area
