About the Role

Seeking a clinically focused and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support field-based patient care services. This role involves performing delegated clinical tasks, supportive clinical duties, and direct patient care in accordance with established protocols. Responsibilities

Provide in-home clinical support services under established policies and procedures
Perform delegated clinical tasks as directed by supervising clinical staff
Assist patients with basic care needs within CNA scope of practice
Observe, report, and document patient conditions and clinical findings as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic systems
Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and patient privacy standards at all times
Communicate effectively with nurses, providers, and administrative staff to support continuity of care
Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of clinical supplies and equipment

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Experience in home health, mobile healthcare, or clinical field roles preferred
Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently while following clinical protocols
Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
