To ensure the guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel's outdoor facilities, including the Pool and Pool Bar.

Keep accurate control records of guests using the pool facilities.
Follow safety policies, procedures and regulations in supervising the pool area, knowing all emergency procedures and being able to respond accordingly.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the facilities of the hotel and in the city.
Respond to incidents and observations in a log book and check log entries.
Maintain and tidy pool and changerooms.
Record maintenance problems in a log book and inform the Maintenance department.
Ensure proper inventory of guest supplies such as water, towels, magazines, ear phones and toiletry amenities.
Follow all job safety standards and procedures at all times.
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) at all times when tasks require such (sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat).
Comply with hotel policies and procedures and wear uniform and name badges.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a Hotel or related industry.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of guests, employees and management.
Good organizational and problem solving skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lift weight up to 70 pounds.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Hiring rate up to the midpoint of the pay range. On an exceptional basis, candidates with significant experience and skills for the role may be paid up to the range maximum.
