Requirements

Open weekend availability.
Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Passion for delivering high-quality, transparent auto care.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds.
Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted overhead.
Ability to work in tight spaces.
Dexterity for efficient use of hand tools.
Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
Ability to maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
Ability to efficiently navigate a computer.

Salary/Compensations

Up to $70 Flat Rate.
Up to $65 hourly pay.
Performance Bonus: Up to $10 per billable hour.
A Level (7-10+ years experience): Up to $75 per hour.
B Level (2-7 years experience): Up to $50 per hour.
Tire Tech/C Level (6 months-2 years experience): Up to $32 per hour.
