Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Efficiently utilize resources to correct problems.
- Document steps taken to correct problems.
- Plan proper repair procedures for efficiency.
- Efficiently utilize tooling and technical resources.
- Continually improve key processes.
- Communicate repair status.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of H.O. Penn’s safety culture.
- Timely completion of any required safety training.
- Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies.
- Understand job risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate those risks, such as wearing all required personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum three years’ experience in troubleshooting and repair of heavy construction equipment.
- Computer proficiency to run diagnostic software and prepare service communications.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of self-management.
- Clean and valid driver’s license.
- CDL license preferred.
