About the Role
This dynamic, hands-on role at Avis Budget Group airport locations involves staying active, working outdoors, and ensuring a great customer experience. Adaptability and service-mindedness are key to helping customers throughout their day.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on airport lots
- Check vehicles
- Enter information into a handheld device
- Process rentals for loyalty customers
- Assist customers at exit gates
- Check in vehicles at return
- Provide professional, friendly customer service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Effective customer service skills
- Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Regular, on-site presence required
- 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (bonus)
