About the Role
Team Members are essential to the bakery, bringing personality and smiles to guests. This role offers career growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Team Members. The company is committed to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest feels welcomed.
- Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
- Provide excellent guest service.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours.
