About the Role
Operate test vehicles in real-world conditions to collect data and refine autonomous driving technology. This role is critical for innovation, requiring a safety-conscious and observant individual eager to contribute to next-generation mobility within a fast-paced, dynamic team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Drive test vehicles for 4–8 hours daily on predefined routes, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to confirm roadworthiness and address any maintenance needs
- Conduct basic software operations to support real-time data collection
- Accurately document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs
- Collaborate with engineers, providing valuable feedback to enhance system performance
- Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage
Requirements

- Ability to drive for extended hours at a time
