About the Role

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, interview & publish internal customer win stories
  • Utilize the latest innovative learning technologies
  • Assist in planning in-person & virtual learning events around the globe, as required
  • Host & plan logistics for global webinars
  • Research and recommend innovative tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions with a focus on business impact metrics
  • Contribute to building engaging, award- winning Learning Programs
  • Drive best in class content for a variety of media (ie. Podcasts)
  • Maintain our Solution Knowledge Centre Sharepoint Pages
  • Develop, new & exciting digital content formats, assessments & surveys
  • Develop audience appropriate, cutting edge instructional design technologies including gaming, mobile solutions, social, micro learning and formal/informal learning
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop learning assets
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of learning asset published by developing and implementing post instruction evaluation criteria and tools

Requirements

  • Requires candidates to be in a B.A or B.S. degree program that is applicable to the position
  • Ability to work virtually in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a quick, independent learner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional image.
  • Excellent and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to work independently. Self-guided and motivated.
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable with data gathering and analysis
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Media Design Experience a plus
