About the Role

Provide remote, real-time statistical support for live baseball games, including pre and postgame shows. Utilize internal and external tools to produce broadcast-quality content for graphics operators, directors, and talent via instant messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly and accurately discern real-time MLB game information, understanding announcer/producer interests and event rarity using statistical products.
  • Provide live, in-game, pre-game, and post-game support for MLB games to client teams.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism during fast-paced live events.
  • Collaborate with a team to craft timely, digestible game insights for live broadcasts.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of baseball rules, terminology, and gameplay.
  • Understanding trends and statistics relevant to MLB broadcasters.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the game schedule, particularly Friday and Saturday evenings.
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a high-pressure environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with various statistical platforms and websites.
