  • Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless and cohesive event delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyse event outcomes, and deliver actionable insights to maximise the effectiveness of our events.
  • Continuously assess and enhance event management processes to enable scalability and drive operational excellence.
  • Define clear success metrics, measure, and provide comprehensive reports on the influence of major events in terms of brand awareness, audience engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate closely with broader marketing teams to guarantee consistent messaging and brand alignment across all event touchpoints.

Requirements

  • A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.
  • Demonstrated track record of 3–5 years in delivering impactful event experiences, with essential hands-on experience in organising in-person events.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigating a fast-moving and dynamic working environment, ideally within FinTech or B2B SaaS.
  • Experienced in coordinating both virtual and face-to-face event formats.
  • Previous collaboration with external event agencies and production teams is desirable.
  • Skilled at conceptualising and launching new events tailored to evolving business objectives.
