About the Role
The Contracts Administrator will manage the accurate and compliant execution of development-related agreements, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure all regulatory and contractual obligations are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of development-related agreements and subdivision contracts.
- Lead integration with internal stakeholders including Real Estate, Planning, Engineering, and Construction.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel to draft, review, and finalize agreements.
- Lead joint venture administration, including meeting facilitation and action tracking.
- Identify and resolve contract-related issues with internal teams, municipalities, and contractors.
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting development activities.
- Assist leadership with process improvements, strategic projects, and financial elements of contracts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in contract administration within construction, real estate, land development, or municipal sectors.
- Familiarity with real estate agreements, land development processes, and legal documentation.
- Ability to work across multiple teams to assess compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
