About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will shape how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences. Your role will directly impact our growth by ensuring clients understand and leverage Gravitee’s platform to its fullest.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical sales process, demonstrating Gravitee’s value and transforming prospects into happy, successful customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, deliver impactful product demos, lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and provide expert technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers to ensure current customers maximize value from Gravitee, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Engage with partners and service providers to explore new opportunities and technical collaborations.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to influence product evolution, provide customer feedback, and contribute to content initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a previous Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant or Solutions Engineering role for a B2B vendor
• A track record of providing solutions and engaging with technical (e.g developer and architect) customer personas
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present advanced technical topics and deliver tailored demos to different audiences
• Experience working in middleware technology, ideally within API management, IAM or integration
• Good knowledge of REST, JSON and XML
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, continuous integration and continuous delivery processes, as well as experience with Linux
• Creativity and innovation to come up with new material to have people discovering and learning about Gravitee
