About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, surgeries, and anesthesia monitoring.
  • Safely restrain patients and provide compassionate, high-quality patient care.
  • Perform diagnostic testing, including laboratory procedures and radiographs.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
  • Educate clients on preventative care, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Support hospital operations through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Previous Veterinary Technician experience.
  • Understanding of anesthesia monitoring and surgical support preferred.
  • Dependability and professionalism.
  • Passion for veterinary medicine and continued professional growth.

Work Type

  • Full-time
  • 30-40 hours, Monday - Friday
  • Rotating half-day Saturday shifts
