About the Role

Northwest Veterinary Hospital seeks an experienced Veterinary Technician to join a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional patient care and client service. Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, surgeries, and anesthesia monitoring.
Safely restrain patients and provide compassionate, high-quality patient care.
Perform diagnostic testing, including laboratory procedures and radiographs.
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed.
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.
Educate clients on preventative care, medications, and treatment plans.
Support hospital operations through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Previous Veterinary Technician experience.
Understanding of anesthesia monitoring and surgical support preferred.

Work Type

Full-time
30-40 hours, Monday - Friday
Rotating half-day Saturday shifts
