About the Role

As a senior member of the Business Intelligence team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how data and reporting are used across the organisation. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to rapidly understand their needs, translate them into clear reporting solutions, and deliver intuitive dashboards and insights that add real value. Working collaboratively, you will lead requirements gathering sessions, often building solutions live with stakeholders to ensure outputs are practical, accurate, and fit for purpose. You will also support and mentor analysts within the team, helping to drive consistency and best practice across reporting. As a trusted expert, you will build strong relationships across the organisation, ensuring teams have the insights they need to make informed decisions. You will act as a go-to specialist for resolving issues and driving improvements in our BI environment, and step in to support leadership when required.

  • Act as the go-to expert for resolving complex BI challenges.
  • Help ensure the Power BI environment runs effectively from optimising queries to managing capacity and access.
  • Drive better decisions through data, influencing stakeholders, and continuously improving how reporting is delivered.

  • Strong team player who enjoys helping people get the information they require.
