About the Role
The IT Project Manager will improve execution, scalability, and operational maturity across the IT organization, contributing to a company focused on client confidence and security. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of IT initiatives with business stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to ensure effective solution implementation.
- Design and document scalable delivery processes, templates, and playbooks to improve IT execution consistency.
- Coordinate and control IT vendors and implementation partners across active initiatives.
- Engage with department leaders (IT, Data, Finance, Operations, Compliance) to align priorities and sequencing.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver outcomes in organizations with evolving or informal project management standards.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, able to translate complexity into executive-level clarity.
- Experience working directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT project, program, or delivery management in a complex, cross-functional environment.
