About the Role
Johnson Controls is seeking a Metasys Controls & Commissioning Specialist to support Microsoft’s global data centres and campuses. This role involves shaping global controls and commissioning delivery, setting standards, supporting regional teams, and resolving complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve global Metasys controls standards, including SOOs/DOOs, point lists, and programming templates.
- Create and govern commissioning documentation such as FPTs, checklists, and commissioning plans.
- Provide global commissioning support, including advanced troubleshooting and on-site assistance when required.
- Review engineering and commissioning packages to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment across regions.
- Work closely with Microsoft engineering teams, Johnson Controls delivery teams, and global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems such as Johnson Controls Metasys (SNE/SNC, NAE/NCE, SCT, CCT, ADX).
- Solid background in HVAC controls engineering, BAS programming, and commissioning.
- Experience developing technical standards, frameworks, or commissioning documentation.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with global, cross-regional teams.
