About the Role

As a Director, Field Sales, you will play a pivotal role in steering our most senior managers and top-tier professionals towards exceptional performance. Your position entails primary responsibility for the results of a significant area of the business. Responsibilities

  • Lead senior managers and high-level professionals.
  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee business area performance, ensuring revenue target achievement.
  • Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and support end-to-end deal execution, including market analysis, valuation, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Guide senior managers in implementing best practices and driving team excellence.
  • Engage in high-level strategy meetings to set organizational targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure streamlined operations across the business area, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and events.
  • Use comprehensive sales data and business intelligence to shape strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Field sales leadership experience within the tax or indirect tax industry.
  • Experience leading presales organizations (preferred).
  • Ability to travel less than 20%.
  • Participate in interviews without AI tools or external prompts.
  • Remove virtual backgrounds for interviews.
  • Be available for in-person interviews.
  • May be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office for recruitment.

Salary/Compensations

  • $137,900.00 - $246,350.00 USD
