About the Role

As a Branch Director, you will oversee multiple practice directors or serve as a Practice Director for one practice group. This role involves motivating and directing all branch employees, driving incremental branch revenue growth consistent with Robert Half targets, and actively leading marketing activities to foster a productive business generation culture. You will also facilitate cross-market activities for all practice groups and supervise the administrative functions of the branch office.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and direct all branch employees.
  • Drive incremental branch revenue growth consistent with company targets.
  • Lead marketing activities and foster a productive business generation culture.
  • Facilitate cross-market activities for all practice groups.
  • Supervise branch office administrative functions.
  • Ensure overall branch growth through revenue-generating activities and multi-practice group performance.
  • Execute operational focus areas and meet productivity standards for individuals and practice groups.
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational best practices.
  • Make timely and quality decisions, balancing managerial and operational responsibilities.
  • Attract, source, and hire staff.
  • Train, develop, and retain staff.
  • Create a high-performing team dynamic and positive business development culture.
  • Identify and develop high-potential performers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years’ Talent Manager experience required.
  • Proven performance in Talent Manager or Practice Director roles.
  • Experience developing and managing budgets.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Salary/Compensations

  • The typical salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000.
  • Salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
  • Position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
