About the Role

This position involves greeting and assisting guests with merchandise selection and purchase. It offers an opportunity to make a difference, connect with customers, and earn competitive pay with generous discounts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues.
• Accurately enter guest and sales data into POS, including sales, returns, special orders, engraving, and repairs, obtaining proper signatures.
• Present jewelry from stock/cases to guests and replace items correctly after sales.
• Repair, polish, or solder jewelry.
• Utilize GUESTS program for guest interactions on the sales floor, phone, and when handling guest-owned jewelry.
• Provide knowledgeable product information to guests using in-store tools and training.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Achieve established individual key performance metrics.
• Assist Store Management in achieving store Key Performance Indicator metrics.
• Assist Store Management in meeting company standards for overall store presentation.
• Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
• Attend all required meetings.
• Consistently demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
