About the Role
The Office of the Chief Investment Officer supports the development of fundamental equities investment professionals, portfolio construction, and liquidity groups, while advancing available tools and resources.
Responsibilities
- Partner with investment professionals to build and refine team infrastructure and processes using firm tools.
- Collaborate with senior management, investment professionals, and technical product managers to establish a product roadmap.
- Educate investment professionals on platform capabilities through training, documentation, and support.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points, measure satisfaction, and inform the platform roadmap.
- Develop metrics to track adoption, usage, and impact, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Act as a champion for firm platforms, fostering creativity and process innovation.
- Communicate user needs with internal and external partners, including senior leadership.
- Summarize complex issues with clear, top-down communication across various formats.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management, strategy, equity research, sales & trading, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of investment research workflows and key inputs driving an equity investor’s process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure initiative impact.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude and passion for driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
