About the Role

This role involves assisting with new releases, informing partners, and supporting product managers. You will conceptualize content shoots, create marketing materials, and edit images and videos for social media. The position focuses on identifying TikTok trends, growing social profiles with original content, and showcasing artists' music effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Passion for music and its marketing, across genres, nationally and internationally.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, challenges, and channels on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Experience creating various content formats on TikTok, such as edits and slideshows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Capcut, and Canvas.
• Strong skills in Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to independently drive tasks and projects with necessary insights.
• Organized work style with attention to deadlines.
• Team player with reliability.
