About the Role

This role will lead and support impact, corporate, and consumer clients, ranging from startups and VC-backed companies to nonprofits and advocacy organizations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across industries and client categories, brings a strategic mindset, and demonstrates success managing integrated cross-channel campaigns across email, web, and social media. This person will serve as a day-to-day client lead while partnering closely with internal creative, brand, production, and influencer teams to deliver thoughtful, high-performing work.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead across multiple client accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and client communications
  • Lead creation and execution of integrated cross-channel campaigns spanning email, social media, influencer partnerships, digital activations, and more
  • Drive strategic client recommendations informed by audience insights, campaign goals, and platform best practices
  • Oversee campaign execution from planning through launch, ensuring quality control, consistency, and strong performance across channels
  • Review, edit, and QA client-facing materials including email copy, social content, campaign assets, and reporting deliverables
  • Monitor campaign performance and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Adapt responsibilities and lead across evolving client needs, team priorities, and new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications, ideally in an agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing and leading integrated digital campaigns across email and social channels
  • Experience managing social media strategy and content development, with exposure to influencer or creator partnerships

Skills

  • Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, audience segmentation, content development, and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with email and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Action Network, or EveryAction
  • Excellent client management skills with the ability to confidently lead day-to-day communications and build trusted relationships
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and QA skills, with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and detail
  • Strategic thinking to understand how digital channels contribute to broader brand, communications, and business goals
