Responsibilities

• Master your craft without chasing sales targets.
• Coach clients using the industry-leading UP Method.

• Act as both coach and trusted partner in clients' transformation journeys.

Requirements

• A Cert IV Personal Training (or equivalent) qualification.
• A valid right to work for Australia (citizenship or permanent residency).
• A genuine passion for transforming lives.
• A strong work ethic and growth mindset.
• Must have the right to work at the company for at least 12 months.
• Not suitable for part-time or 6-month work arrangements.
