About the Role

Ultimate Performance (UP) is seeking exceptional Personal Trainers to join their Sydney team, focusing on unlocking client potential and transforming lives through the data-driven UP Method. Responsibilities

• Act as both coach and trusted partner in clients' transformation journeys.

Requirements

• A valid right to work in Australia (citizenship or residency).
• A Cert IV Personal Training (or equivalent) qualification.
• A genuine passion for transforming lives.
• A strong work ethic and growth mindset.
• The right to work at UP for at least 12 months.
