About the Role
Gravitee is seeking two high-energy, technically-curious interns to join their Operations Team for an 8-week summer intensive. Interns will be embedded into the business engine, identifying manual friction points and replacing them with AI-powered automations, moving from concept to a working production tool.
Responsibilities
- Identify manual "friction points" and replace them with elegant, AI-powered automations.
- Design and build automated workflows using tools like n8n to handle repetitive business tasks.
- Utilize Cursor and "vibe coding" techniques for AI-assisted prototyping to rapidly build internal applications and tools.
- Implement AI-driven resource planning and cross-functional reporting dashboards.
- Own at least one major automation project from initial discovery to final documentation and leadership presentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy solving real problems.
- Ability to explain a technical automation to a non-technical stakeholder with ease.
