About the Role

The Sleep Expert elevates the customer's in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. This role involves executing selling programs with digital tools and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience to create a customer-centric environment. Responsibilities

Cultivate strong customer relationships to create a customer-centric environment.
Provide technical and product knowledge to customers as a subject matter expert.
Drive individual sales performance and KPIs, demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives.
Maintain customer relationships post-purchase, including issue resolution and delivery reminders.
Maintain awareness of competitors' advertisements and services.
Leverage social media to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Requirements

Salary/Compensations

Competitive pay range of $58,000 - $85,000 per year
Additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
