About the Role
Join HearCANADA's Inside Sales Team as a Remote Scheduling and Sales Specialist. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our mission of providing Wonderful Sound for All by connecting with prospective clients and booking appointments with hearing care professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book appointments.
- Identify client needs and new sales opportunities.
- Introduce promotions and book hearing care appointments.
- Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets.
- Ensure each interaction is consistent with HearCANADA's standards.
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills.
- Maintain a high-volume calling plan.
- Update client information in the appointment system (CRM).
- Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling.
- Health industry experience is an asset.
- Ability to exercise empathy and lead conversations to obtain client bookings.
- Preference for candidates who are demonstrably bilingual (English, French).
- Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs.
- Prior experience with CRM systems.
- Willingness to learn new software and tools.
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates values of innovation, passion for positive impact, and teamwork.
