About the Role
This commercially focused role involves owning and growing Amazon performance across the UK, Europe, and US marketplaces. You will have the autonomy to influence strategy while remaining hands-on across trading, content, advertising, and marketplace operations.
Responsibilities
- Owning Amazon commercial performance across UK, EU and US marketplaces
- Developing and executing marketplace growth strategies
- Leading major trading events including Prime Day, Black Friday and seasonal campaigns
- Managing Amazon advertising and retail media activity
- Driving listing optimisation, content enhancement and conversion improvements
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, profitability and market share
- Supporting international marketplace expansion initiatives
- Monitoring performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Working closely with brand, creative, operations and supply chain teams to deliver commercial objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and scaling Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts
- Strong hands-on marketplace trading experience
- Expertise in Amazon SEO, listing optimisation and retail media
- Experience managing multiple international marketplaces
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- A proactive, results-driven approach and strong sense of ownership
- Experience within fragrance, beauty, fashion or wider consumer goods brands would be highly advantageous
