About the Role
Drive the strategic evolution of core Property & Facility Management capabilities, bridging high-level vision with tactical execution. Translate market insights into a high-growth product roadmap and own the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver indispensable customer experiences. Define 10x growth strategies and ensure flawless delivery.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize customer empathy, market trends, and competitive landscape analysis for informed decision-making.
- Uncover and validate market whitespace, emerging trends, and high-impact growth levers.
- Define and evangelize an aspirational product vision for the Property & Facility Management suite, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Translate high-level strategy into a high-impact roadmap balancing customer value, business ROI, and technical constraints.
- Author and maintain a high-velocity backlog with precision-engineered epics and user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
- Execute complex tradeoff decisions prioritizing speed to market without compromising long-term solution scalability.
- Partner with Design and UX to co-create, prototype, and rapidly validate solutions for user problems.
- Spearhead an experimentation culture using A/B testing and user research to optimize user journeys and business outcomes.
- Synthesize qualitative user feedback with quantitative behavioral data for high-conviction product decisions.
- Work with Engineering to translate complex requirements into shippable code, focusing on quality and on-time delivery.
- Socialize priorities and scope across the organization, ensuring stakeholder alignment on outcomes and trade-offs.
- Own the mission, acting as the ultimate point of accountability for product release success, quality, and impact.
- Partner with Product Marketing to architect compelling positioning, differentiated messaging, and high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Empower Sales and Customer Success teams with deep product intelligence and strategic collateral to accelerate win rates and user adoption.
- Oversee the transition from product delivery to market impact, ensuring high-quality launches and continuous product-market fit.
- Define and measure robust success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, net expansion) to quantify product impact and business health.
- Extract actionable intelligence from product usage data to pinpoint roadmap optimizations for increased customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduced churn.
- Champion an iterative development cycle where every deployment is measured, analyzed, and optimized for maximum impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
- A portfolio of successful product outcomes leading from abstract vision to measurable market win.
- Ability to manage complex backlogs and roadmaps while maintaining focus on quality and speed-to-market.
- Deep experience in user-centered discovery, partnering with UX for validated, high-conversion user experiences via rigorous A/B testing.
- Proven success in defining positioning and launch strategies that drive real user adoption.
- Proficiency in leveraging complex data sets to diagnose product health, identify growth levers, and make high-stakes trade-off decisions.
- Ability to navigate organizational complexity and communicate clearly with engineers and C-suite stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in product-led growth (PLG) environments.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap) and experimentation platforms.
- Background in enterprise SaaS or complex workflow-based products.
- Experience scaling products and driving user and revenue growth.
