About the Role

Gravitee is seeking a strategic finance operator with strong FP&A and finance transformation capabilities, combined with modern automation and AI tooling expertise. This hands-on senior individual contributor role reports to the VP of Finance and focuses on scaling and automating finance workflows, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making in a high-growth environment. You will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build an intelligent, scalable finance function.

Responsibilities

Weave QBO, Hubspot, Cledara, HiBob, TriNet and Tipalti into a seamless, automated ecosystem.
Lead the design and deployment of finance systems from the ground up, moving beyond advising to real-world execution.
Deploy hands-on AI and automation into real finance workflows, from streamlining Quote-to-Cash to globalizing payroll.
Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure finance is never a bottleneck.
Build FP&A models and prepare quarterly board updates.

Requirements

Proven experience deploying AI or automation directly into production finance workflows.
Strong strategic finance, FP&A, finance systems, commercial finance, or finance transformation experience within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Proven experience owning finance programs and delivering end-to-end systems implementations.
Hands-on experience with modern finance products.
Comfortable implementing automation workflows and leveraging modern tooling to improve finance operations.
Curiosity about APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source is valued.
