About the Role
We are looking for someone with organizational and creative skills to support our marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, and to assist with artist relations. This role offers the opportunity to see the inner workings of the Four Music label and help our artists shine.
Responsibilities
- Research new concepts and ideas.
- Support the marketing team in campaign planning and execution.
- Co-manage artist relations.
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparations for video shoots and photo sessions.
- Manage the label's email account and support artist-related inquiries.
- Prepare and follow up on meetings.
- Create presentations and take minutes.
- Analyze charts and sales figures.
Requirements
- Interest in the importance of marketing within the music business.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Discord, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of music streaming services.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
- Ability to independently translate ideas into appealing content.
- Precise, proactive, and reliable work ethic.
- Openness to interacting with others and confident communication with diverse personalities.
