About the Role
Perform overnight hotel reception responsibilities, delivering exceptional guest experiences. Balance daily business, record end-of-day transactions, and roll hotel systems into the new business day. Contribute to overall hotel safety and security by following rules and coordinating guests and staff in overnight emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Post, report, and balance daily transactions and payments for lodging and other hotel outlets for end-of-day reporting
- Perform required End of Day routines on applicable hotel systems
- Attend to guest registration, room assignments, and special requests
- Take, modify, and update room reservations
- Accurately record and process guest charges, credits, and payments
- Assist and respond to all guest inquiries in person, phone, or email
- Deliver the Brand and Company promises
Requirements
- Professional, warm, and approachable disposition
- Fluently read, write, and speak English
- Demonstrated ability to remain level-headed in hectic and tense situations
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time while working alone with little to no direct supervision

- $19.00 hourly
