About the Role

Shore GmbH, part of group.one, empowers small and medium-sized businesses with an all-in-one solution for scheduling, point-of-sale, and payments. We are seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic international team and drive digital success for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and close inbound leads from SEA, social media, and partnerships.
• Actively pursue outbound sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations beyond simple slide presentations.
• Position and sell Shore Pay as a payment solution.
• Increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), optimize conversion rates, and achieve payment KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales for professional development.

Requirements

• Proven sales ability, whether junior with drive or senior with a track record.
• Skilled in conducting conversations, closing deals, and persistent follow-up.
• Team-oriented but capable of independent work.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SMB or SaaS.
• Proactive customer engagement and pipeline building.
• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
• French or Swiss German language skills are a plus.
