About the Role
We are KUGU, a company making buildings energy-efficient and future-proof with an AI-powered energy data platform. We are at the beginning of our scaling phase, aiming to become the leading energy data platform in Europe. We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager to ensure efficient project onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage complex roll-out processes, acting as the point of contact for external customer teams and hardware partners on organizational and technical matters.
- Collaborate with product, operations excellence, and sales teams to scale processes, automate, and improve customer functionalities.
- Manage daily planning, prioritization, and verification of installation orders and hardware purchases, ensuring agile and pragmatic project execution.
- Gather insights and be responsible for the development and steering of KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience in technical environments, ideally in the energy or housing industry, or alternatively in technical building management / IoT / logistics.
- Solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks agilely and pragmatically.
- Experience in efficiently designing processes and coordinating projects with various stakeholders.
- Hands-on mentality and comfort with technical topics.
- Good German and English language skills.
