About the Role
Develop and manage the QCG & B2B qualification sector, from concept to implementation with companies, aiming to win over businesses, set up programs, and effectively deliver training.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop the B2B business within the QCG context.
- Advise companies on funding opportunities (QCG) and qualification strategies.
- Develop and adapt further training offers for social and pedagogical professions.
- Act as an interface between companies, the employment agency, and internal teams.
- Conceptualize qualification measures (e.g., for daycares, organizations, social institutions).
- Manage and support measures during implementation.
- Identify market needs (skilled labor shortage, upskilling, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and course organization.
- Build long-term partnerships with organizations and companies.
Requirements
- Pedagogical background (e.g., social pedagogy, educational sciences, or similar).
- Experience in the education sector, ideally with measures/further training.
- Knowledge of QCG / labor promotion is a big plus.
- Understanding of skilled labor issues in the social sector (daycare, school, etc.).
- Ability to work with companies at eye level.
- Structured and independent way of working.
- Interest in building a new business area.
- Think not only pedagogically but also entrepreneurially.
- Recognize market opportunities and implement them.
- Ability to clearly explain complex funding logic.
- Connect people, topics, and solutions.
