Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize automations (Make.com, Zapier)
- Create and further develop HubSpot workflows
- Structure and maintain properties, lists, forms, and pipelines in HubSpot
- Connect HubSpot with Make, Zapier, and Google Sheets
- Analyze and resolve errors in existing automations
- Test new automations before going live
- Document processes and automation logic
- Data maintenance, cleaning, and structuring in Google Sheets
- Create simple analyses and worklists
- Support data imports and mass edits in HubSpot
Requirements
- Experience with Make.com and/or Zapier and CRM processes
- Good knowledge of HubSpot (workflows, properties, lists, pipelines)
- Very good knowledge of Google Sheets
- Confident handling of data, formulas, and structures
