About the Role
Anthony Nolan is seeking a Head of Fundraising Operations and Strategy to deliver fundraising operations strategy, ensuring sector-leading support for fundraising teams. This role focuses on prospect research, case for support, supporter experience, and supporter care to drive fundraising growth, particularly in High Value income.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the fundraising operations strategy.
- Ensure sector-leading support of the fundraising teams.
- Oversee prospect research.

- Drive fundraising growth with a focus on High Value income.
- Ensure the Fundraising Strategic plan is on track.
Requirements
- Practical management experience of prospect research, fundraising database management, or gift management.
- Business partnering across fundraising and the interface between key operational functions within the charity such as finance, tech, legal and comms.
- Proven record of leading and motivating a team, ideally within a fundraising operations team.
- An understanding of high value fundraising.
- Experience of Campaign Development.
- Must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK.
