About the Role
You will define and execute the product vision for the customer-facing 'Apply' experience, acting as the voice of the customer while driving an autonomous Scrum team to deliver measurable value and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate product vision and strategy for the 'Apply' user experience.
- Gather and synthesise user research, data, and stakeholder feedback to prioritise the product backlog.
- Provide clear direction to the 'Apply' Scrum team to ensure focus on high-impact features.
- Manage communication and expectations between the Scrum team and internal stakeholders.
- Define and track KPIs to measure feature success and inform future strategic decisions.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to align with the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Passion for understanding user needs and advocating for customer experience.
- Ability to break down complex problems in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate vision to diverse audiences and build consensus.
- Experience working with and motivating autonomous Agile engineering teams.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Ability to redesign departmental workflows using AI for operational efficiency.
- Experience identifying high-impact AI use cases and implementing advanced prompting techniques.
