Responsibilities
- Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies.
- Promote Gilead therapies to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in targeted delivery and referral centers.
- Collaborate with the Kite local cross-functional team to coordinate HCP interactions, align on key messages, and develop account plans.
- Build relationships with Therapy Area Experts (TAEs), senior account leadership, and other decision-makers.
- Educate and logistically support the use of Kite product(s) within qualified centers.
- Coordinate the qualification and activation of new delivery centers and conduct subsequent audits.
- Collaborate with the Kite Cross-Functional Team to ensure high patient access and cell delivery.
- Provide feedback and insights from HCP interactions to Medical Affairs and Commercial colleagues.
- Support professional meetings, including staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions, and facilitating TAE meetings.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding account business trends, therapeutic landscape changes, industry issues, and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record of high performance in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work across various functions, interacting with Business Unit Directors, CTAM leads, Medical Directors, Medical Scientists, local cross-functional teams, business conduct, and the Quality team.
- Strong commercial and scientific acumen to translate scientific information and articulate the value proposition of Kite constructs.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to provide high-level customer support across stakeholder groups.
- Possess a long-term, strategic understanding of the haematology/oncology market.
- Experience executing with products/therapies requiring complex customer delivery and logistics management.
- Ability to work and collaborate successfully with field-based and internal cross-functional partners.
- Ability to navigate complex account environments and understand stakeholder needs at all levels.
- Experience in project management and execution in large accounts, including strategic planning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to work hands-on with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Launch experience, preferably within academic hospitals.
- Oncology/haematology experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Requires some overnight travel.
