  • Create compelling customer-ready presentations, proposals, estimates, and solution narratives that articulate the value of Adobe technology
  • Help customers modernize content operations through Content Supply Chain strategies, AI-enabled workflows, and agentic approaches to experience delivery
  • Connect business priorities to architecture direction and help customers understand how Adobe solutions support transformation outcomes
  • Use your AEM and CMS background as a foundation for broader conversations around governance, reuse, metadata, operating models, and scalable content delivery
  • Advise customers on architecture approaches, integration patterns, risks, and best practices across enterprise CMS and digital experience environments
  • Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partner teams to shape opportunities and support successful customer outcomes
  • Present confidently to executive and technical audiences, simplifying complex topics in business-friendly language and helping customers buy into the vision

Requirements

  • Significant experience in consulting, professional services, pre-sales, delivery, or enterprise digital transformation
  • Around 10+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles involving solutioning, scoping, advisory work, or strategic consulting
  • Strong experience with enterprise CMS platforms, with Adobe Experience Manager preferred
  • Experience capturing requirements, defining scope, supporting estimation, and developing proposals or customer-facing recommendations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into solution direction and communicate value clearly to both executive and technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of digital experience architecture, CMS integration patterns, and enterprise content management strategies
