About the Role

Our Future Health is seeking a User Research Operations Manager to establish systems, processes, and workflows that ensure high-quality, efficient, and ethical user research across the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their ResearchOps career who excels at organizing complexity and enhancing research impact.

Responsibilities

  • Enable great research delivery by providing practical operational guidance to researchers.
  • Support researchers in planning and delivering studies.
  • Ensure research activities run smoothly, consistently, and efficiently.
  • Improve research systems and tooling by managing and optimizing platforms and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Make insights easier to find and use by maintaining and improving research repositories and knowledge management systems.
  • Contribute to improving how evidence and insights are organized and shared.
  • Champion ethical and inclusive research by supporting governance, ethics, and data protection processes.
  • Help embed accessibility and inclusive recruitment practices into research delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance ways of working with researchers and stakeholders.
  • Explore AI-enabled tools and automation to increase the speed, quality, and scalability of research operations.
  • Contribute to building a strong ResearchOps culture and capability.

Requirements

  • Experience in research operations, service operations, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience managing processes involving recruitment, scheduling, vendors, tooling, or stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A systems-thinking approach and a passion for improving how things work.
  • Experience using tools that support research, customer insight, service delivery, or operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • An interest in user research and understanding the needs of research teams.
